Training is very necessary for an enterprise, which can enhance the competitiveness, cohesion and combat effectiveness of the enterprise. Therefore, at the beginning of 2018, taking advantage of the winter break of the drilling crew workers, under the unified deployment and high attention of the company leaders, with the strong cooperation of various departments and group units, the training program of Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. (2017-2018) was successfully concluded.

The training is divided into two parts, one is the production equipment department training, and another is the training of the engineering and technical departments. More than 140 employees took part in the training. The instructors were the company’s leaders and relevant colleagues, each training started by leaders to read the Department of Office Affairs developed during the training site emergency plans and classroom and dormitory management system, in order to facilitate better training. The general manager Zhao Lin, attached great importance to the training, came to the conference site personally to speak for everyone and give everyone a pep talk for the New Year’s work. General manager Zhao Lin was particularly concerned about the food and accommodation during the training period and urged everyone to eat well and stay warm, which has been a great inspiration to the staff. LiaoHe Engineering Group Co., Ltd.'s vice president Bo Min and LHDC's vice president Wang Jie also stressed the importance of training and technology. The main course of the training includes a briefing by Qiu Zhenbiao, vice president of LHDC, on equipment management, operation, repair and maintenance; and a briefing by Zhao Chunzhong, security director of LHDC, on safety management and safety experience sharing; vice President Wang Hezhong explained mud management and resource sharing for everyone; manager He Zhirong of the project department explained well control technology for everyone; director of the engineering and technology department Yue Yuanliang explained accident prevention and handling of complex situations for everyone; and the leaders of Hongding Company were also invited to explain the well depth trajectory control. At the end of the two training sessions, free discussion and examination sessions were arranged to share and summarize the knowledge gained during the training sessions.

During the ten-day training period, our staff also received help from leaders and colleagues, for the cold training place due to the snowy weather, and the distribution and collection of bedding and dinner plates required by the trainers. Due to the cold training venue, our company’s vice president Gu Dan borrowed three large air conditioners from Director Dong of the General Office of Liaoning Petroleum Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. to protect everyone from the severe cold; bedding and dinner plates were registered by the equipment department and the agency affairs department. Distribute uniformly to ensure an orderly, busy and non-chaotic manner. The collection of bedding and dinner plates would be packaged and recycled by colleagues and college students in the dispatching room who participated in the training and study. The warehouse would be cleaned and tidy for the next training. Here, we would like to solemnly appreciate the leaders and colleagues for their help. Their help was also one of the important reasons for the smooth development of this training.

This training was not only training everyone, improving everyone's work skills and overall quality. It was also a train and an exercise for our staff in the office affairs department. We have insufficient work experience because we are green hands to the company. As just of graduated students, with the childishness and enthusiasm, are facing various challenges at work, and learning at work. During the training, we helped each other to face and solve problems together, thanked the company for giving us this opportunity, and let us add a new color to the road of life.
