Finally, under the witness of all the personnel on site, Wang Yan’an and Li Wenliang, on behalf of Anhui Hualing Automobile Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Ruifeng Special Vehicle Manufacture Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of GNG Group, signed a cooperation framework agreement on special modified chassis for oil fields and a memorandum of cooperation on high-emission vehicles upgrading for oil fields.

According to the agreement, Liaoning Ruifeng Special Vehicle Manufacture Co., Ltd. shall purchase various special modified chassis from Anhui Hualing Automobile Co., Ltd. during the validity period of the agreement, and shall be responsible for the whole vehicle modification of oilfield special products; for vehicles that need to be licensed, the two parties can jointly make an announcement to achieve Announcement of complementary resources; on the basis of existing technologies, the two parties have integrated resources and complemented each other's advantages to jointly develop special modified chassis and vehicle products with market competitiveness.

At the signing ceremony, Wang Zhengquan stated that as a leading enterprise in the heavy truck industry, Hualing Xingma has laid a good foundation in the field of special vehicles for decades, and the production qualification and production capacity of Hualing chassis are very worthy of recognition. Liaoning is a heavy industrial city. In recent years, GNG Group has maintained close cooperative relations with CNPC and Sinopec. Later, GNG Group will lay out in the automotive sector. The development of GNG Group in the automotive sector will be inseparable from Hualing Automobile. We believe that our cooperation will definitely create a good situation in the industry.
